Some charts: February 18th, 2008

February 18, 2009 – 10:17 pm

Even though the past week or two has been pretty boring, perhaps a few charts will lighten up your spirits.

As most know by now, the big news after hours was Hewlett Packard’s quarterly miss of earnings and lowering of their forward guidance. Consequently, shares are getting absolutely hammered after hours and tech doesn’t look to open too well in the morning. With that aside, what else is new?

These charts are pretty self explanatory.

Procter & Gamble (PG)

Olympic Steel (ZEUS)

Frontline Shipping (FRO): Even though lows were broken, we do have a hammer. This one is one to watch.

H.J Heinz (HNZ): I have no idea what has been going on the past few days, but we are about to enter a huge reciprocating chop zone.

Market Vectors Gold Miners (GDX)

Cisco (CSCO)
